Shipping Policies

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most of our items are made to order, so please allow 5-7 business days for production and packaging
before your order ships.

HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
All retail orders are shipped ground shipping unless otherwise requested.

Shipping typically takes 2-3 days to arrive across most of the United States, but can take 3-5 days for farther or more remote areas, or during high volume times such as holiday.

Please allow 1-4 weeks for international shipments to arrive. The Bright Factory is not responsible for additional customs tariffs or charges associated with your package once it arrives in your country. We cannot guarantee arrival dates and are not responsible for any delays.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
We cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen items, including orders marked “delivered” by the shipping carrier.

We cannot accept responsibility for international orders that do not arrive.

All of our orders include tracking. If the tracking drops off mid-shipment prior to confirmed delivery, we will work with you and the shipping carrier to find a solution.

Returns + Exchanges

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You have 14 days from date of receiving your item to request a return.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns.

Your return must be in original unworn, unwashed condition to be eligible for a return. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

For a return, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery. Items must be sent back to us within 20 days of delivery - we cannot accept returns on lost or damaged packages.

Once the product has been received and inspected at the factory, we will issue a refund minus shipping charges to the original payment method.

Please include your name and order number with your return package.

FINAL SALE:

All customized items are Final Sale.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

All orders may be canceled if we receive notice within 24 hours of your purchase. Email hello@thebrightfactory.co

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help correct the problem with proof of damage. We can only process returns on original unworn, unwashed merchandise - so please check your order before laundering! We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after the product is used or laundered.
